Accademica currently supports credit/debit cards, Klarna, and PayPal. We’re working on adding more options over time.
You can change your plan anytime from the platform:
1. Log in on web or mobile.
2. Open Settings (⚙️).
3. Select Your portal.
4. Click Manage subscription.
5. Choose the plan you want.
Any price differences are calculated automatically based on the remaining time in your
current subscription.
You can request a refund only if the service was used for less than 2 hours
and the purchase was made within the previous 14 days.

Creating an account on Accademica is easy:
1) Open the Web App or download the mobile app.
2) Sign up with email and password.
3) Complete your profile and confirm.
You’re ready to study with Accademica’s smart tools.
During checkout, click Add promo code, enter your coupon, and make sure the discount is applied before completing payment.
Log in to your account, open Settings (⚙️), and select Change password. We recommend using a strong, unique password.

To delete your account:
1. Open your profile.
2. Go to Settings (⚙️).
3. Select Delete profile.
This action is permanent and removes all data associated with your account.
