How do I purchase a plan? keyboard_arrow_down
Choose the Base, Pro, or Free plan directly from the web app or the mobile app. After signing up, tap the ⚙️ icon in the top right and select Upgrade. One subscription works across two personal devices.
What payment methods are available? keyboard_arrow_down
Accademica accepts credit and debit cards, Klarna, and PayPal. We're working on adding more payment options.
How do I change my plan? keyboard_arrow_down
Go to your account, open Settings (⚙️), select Your portal, and click Manage subscription. The system automatically calculates any prorated price difference for the remaining period.
How does the refund policy work? keyboard_arrow_down
You can request a refund if you have used the service for less than 2 hours and the purchase was made within the previous 14 days. Write to us at support@accademica.io with your account email.
What are "monthly generations"? keyboard_arrow_down
Every time you upload material and generate tools (flashcards, mind map, quiz…) you use one generation. With Base you get 70 generations a month — enough to prepare all your exams. The Pro plan is unlimited.
How do I use a coupon? keyboard_arrow_down
During checkout, click Add promo code, enter your coupon, and verify the discount has been applied before completing the payment.
What happens to my materials if I downgrade to Free? keyboard_arrow_down
Your workspaces and materials stay safe. You can access only your 3 most recent workspaces until you upgrade again. No data is deleted.
How do I change my password? keyboard_arrow_down
Go to your account, open Settings (⚙️), and select Change password. We recommend using a strong, unique password.
How do I delete my account? keyboard_arrow_down
Go to your profile, open Settings (⚙️), and select Delete profile. This action is permanent and will delete all associated data.
